Village (newborn - 18 mos.)
Hop in the “Zoom Buggy” and find out how many ways you can move in Kindermusik Village! Through a variety of songs, chants, and instrumental selections you will experience the rumbling of a baby buggy, the squeaky stroller, the bumpa bumpa bumpa of the wagon, the train chuggin’ up the track and much more.
Baby is the star in “Dream Pillow”, with each activity carefully planned to stimulate the developing brain, thereby promoting physical, social, cognitive, emotional, and language development.
At Home Materials per each unit include: Baby safe instrument, wall banner, storybook and CD.

Our Time (18 mos. - 3 1/2 yrs.)
“Milk and Cookies” songs and activities promote interaction between parent and child where the parent gently guides their child’s learning, and the process of scaffolding takes place. Capturing the security, excitement and familiarity of “at home” moments is the ideal theme for empowering the parent to act as teacher. Captured in Milk and Cookies, these special moments at home are times to be share and treasured.
At Home Materials: Home activity book, Stir Xylophone, 2 storybooks, 2 CD’s, and an insulated lunch bag carry case.

Imagine That (3 - 5 yrs.)
“Hello Weather, Let’s Play Together”, encourages families to enjoy music and special times together in all types of weather! Children will explore the connected,smooth sounds of legato and the separated sounds of staccato, fast and slow tempos, and many musical concepts. Added to the thrill are at-home projects such as making wind chimes, rain hats, sleigh bells and snow boots!
At Home Materials: ankle bells, a Kindermusik rain shaker with scraper, 2 literature books, 2 CD’s, a story play cube, and Family Activity Book.

Young Child (4 1/2 - 7 yrs.)
“Year 1, Semester 1” broadens the child’s musical experience through the introduction of the glockenspiel. Learning how to keep a steady beat plus reading and writing musical notations will help a child lay the initial groundwork for musical success!
At Home Materials: German glockenspiel with carry bag, home CD, Children’s Activities Folder, Parent weekly home activity cards and related manipulatives, Games Bag with rhythm sticks, Family Song Book, Child’s purple canvas carry bag.

“Year 2, Semester 3” builds on the child’s natural interest in musical instruments with an introduction to the three-stringed dulcimer! Learning about Appalachian music and the dulcimer’s heritage sets the stage for a sampling of Native American music.
At Home Materials: 3-stringed Dulcimer, home CD, Children’s Activities Folder, Parent weekly home activity cards and related manipulatives, Games Bag, Family Song Book.

Imagine That (newborn - 7 yrs.)
“Here, There and Everywhere”Five sub-themes center around different family outings: a visit with a friend, an outing at the park, a trip to the city, an afternoon at the aquarium, and a day on the farm. Move like animals with this unit’s story Flip-Flap, Sugar Snap! And follow a girl’s adventure as she loses her jambourine during the day’s outings and then finds it in the story Jingle-Jangle Jambourine.
At Home Materials: Two BooksFlip-Flap, Sugar Snap! and Jingle-Jangle Jambourine, Two Home CDs, Family Guide, Board Game, Waggs the dog Hand Puppet and Finger Puppet, and Two Jambourine instruments.
