Free Trial Classes

Free trial classes are available to families new to our studio or to families who are ready to move up to the next age level. A free trial is an excellent way to get to know us, and to experience what happens in a Kindermusik classroom. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If after 5 classes, you are not satisfied, we will refund all your tuition. The Kindermusik At Home Materials are not refundable and are yours to enjoy. It may take several classes for your child to adjust to her surroundings and get comfortable in the classroom setting. We often tell parents that we are not an "instant gratification" type class. We would like you to give it a try for several weeks. It may take several weeks to realize the wonderful benefits a Kindermusik class can offer you and your child.

Registration is on-going

Join us anytime during a session and we will gladly prorate your tuition. The curriculum is structured so that your child feels comfortable joining in at any point during the session.

Payment Plans

For the school year, you can choose either a monthly payment plan or a 2 payment installment plan. Monthly payments are scheduled to begin the 20th of the month prior to your start date. No payments are scheduled for December. For the 2 payment option, your first payment is due the 20th of the month prior to starting and the second payment is Jan 20. 

Make Up Lessons

You may make up a class in any of our studios in the appropriate-aged class for your child. We make some exceptions for Saturday families that are unable to schedule a make-up during the week. You need JavaScript enabled to view it via email for information. We ask that you keep the make up classes to a limit of 6, for the school year, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please email us to schedule a make up class. 

Materials  and Supplies

Kindermusik At Home Materials are included in the semester fee, and will be given out at the first class. Materials are designed for your use and enjoyment at home throughout the week and do not need to be brought to class. The At Home Materials are that extra special ingredient that help you take the musical learning from class to home. Most materials include professionally recorded CD's, age-appropriate instruments, beautifully illustrated books, and informative activity books that give you creative ways to further the learning at home.

Inclement Weather

Classes will be cancelled due to inclement weather if the school district your studio resides in is cancelled due to weather only. We do hold classes if school is not in session due to teacher meetings, etc. We will do our best to make up the cancelled class, but cannot guarantee we will be able to add it on to the end of the session. In this case we encourage you to do an extra make up class during the session. We will notify you by phone and email if class is cancelled.
